The company Terry works under.
I would like you to consider me your yacht broker and allow me to represent your interest in a purchase. I work closely with the brokers of different agencies, similar to a real estate agent. Let me know what boats you want to consider. We will search the boats, talk them through, and narrow down the field. When the time is right, I will either accompany you or, at least, set up the showings for you. Once we decide on a boat, I will handle the Purchase and Sale Agreement (the offer) including escrow deposit, help you set up the survey and sea trial including a haul out, attend the survey/sea trial with you, handle negotiations, and walk you through all of the closing documents and procedures.
