I recently received my OUPV 100 mile offshore and 25 ton master inland licenses. I have been in the Marine industry (West Marine) for over 28 years and have powerboat and some sailboat experience. I am a NASBLA Close Quarters and Open-water Instructor with Maryland Natural Resources Police I am a certified Safe Boating Instructor in Maryland and Florida I am a vessel Safety Examiner with The Power Squadron and the Maryland Natural Resources Police I have owned a Formula 400SS with 1000hp Mercruiser 502’s, numerous fishing boat ranging from a 20’ Pioneer Center Console to a Sea Fox 328 Commander. I currently fish a Caymus 281 HB with Twin Mercury 300’s I’m available for private instruction and deliveries on a limited basis. I’m easy-going and don’t stress easily.
